Beyond being just another consultant, Jenny acts as an adviser and mentor to her clients. Having had a career within large established retail businesses, she wanted to bring her experience and passion for product to SMEs and start-ups.

Jenny was inspired by the commitment and determination shown by these new entrepreneurs. As a result, she developed her role in order to help smooth the client’s path to market, avoiding the numerous pitfalls that most new entry businesses are unaware of.

Along with a lifetime of retail experience and an impressive portfolio of contacts – which she can bring to the table – Jenny delivers a more commercial view and can help steer the new business to achieve their short, medium and long-term goals. Her straight-talking approach often delivers a much-needed reality check, providing both perspective and an objective view.

A support mechanism and sounding board can be provided when needed – advice often being required quickly. Meanwhile Jenny provides an ongoing mentoring service, following an introductory meeting.
